8. Children's Privacy

The Site is not intended for children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect, solicit, or maintain personal information from anyone under the age of 16, and no part of this Site is designed to attract anyone under 16. 11. Third-Party Websites

The Site may contain links to third-party websites, including jewelry retailer websites accessed through affiliate links. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those third-party websites. 12. AI and Machine Learning Crawlers

We allow certain artificial intelligence and machine learning crawlers to access our publicly available Content for the purpose of indexing, search, and AI-powered answer generation. These crawlers include but are not limited to GPTBot, OAI-SearchBot, ChatGPT-User, PerplexityBot, ClaudeBot, and Google-Extended. Our robots.txt file specifies which crawlers are permitted. These crawlers access only publicly available Content and do not collect personal information about individual Users of our Site.

In the preceding 12 months, we have collected the following categories of personal information:

We have not collected any other categories of personal information as defined by the CCPA/CPRA.

Personal information collected is used for the business purposes described in Section 3 of this Privacy Policy, specifically: detecting security incidents, protecting against malicious activity, debugging errors, performing services (maintaining and servicing the Site), internal research for technological development, and verifying and maintaining the quality of the Site.
